Inside Sales Representative / Lead Generation

Brigadoon Fitness is seeking inside sales representatives and lead generators to promote and sell our lines of commercial fitness equipment to businesses throughout the country. 

This is a great opportunity for experienced phone sales representatives and lead generators to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company, which continues to out-perform, out-service, out-deliver and out-hustle the competition.

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representatives and Lead Generators are responsible for developing leads and driving revenue by introducing and selling our products to hotels, multi-family communities, student housing, junior/senior high schools, colleges and universities, corporate fitness centers and others. 

Responsibilities:

•  Develops sales opportunities and leads by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing sales information and preparing quotations.
•  
Proactively calls up to 50 existing and new customers daily to sell products and services
•  Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax and email inquiries; verifying and entering information
•  Captures and maintains customer information in CRM, including addresses, phone number and email information for future follow-up
•  Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience/Skills:

•  Minimum 1-3 years or more of inside sales and/or customer service experience
•  Comfortable making/taking calls in a call center environment.
•  
A customer-centric philosophy with a high degree of integrity and hunger to succeed.
•  Meticulous attention to detail, priority placed on ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
•  Strong written, verbal, communication and follow-up skills.
•  Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook and internal CRM.
•  Valid and current driver’s license with reliable personal transportation.
•  High School diploma/GED or minimum Associate’s Degree in lieu of required experience.

 

Hospitality Sales Representative

Hotel Fitness, a Brigadoon Fitness company, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented sales representative to sell our lines of commercial fitness equipment to hotels, apartment communities and corporate fitness centers throughout the country.

This is an exceptional and rare opportunity for an experienced representative to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company, which continues to out-perform, out-service, out-deliver and out-hustle the competition.

Position Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by focusing on national and regional hotel management companies, developers, purchasing groups, FFEs and distributors.  Additional industries of focus may include multi-family, student housing and corporate fitness centers.  This key individual will be expected to successfully grow and retain existing clients and aggressively target and engage new prospects.  This is a remote position based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Selling into strategic opportunities, including national hotel brands, developers and management companies, student housing and multi-family developers and management companies, corporate wellness centers, purchasing groups and FFEs.

•  Appropriately delivers meaningful and constructive responses to RFP and quote requests, while working with internal resources.
•  Actively participates in industry tradeshows and other events.
•  Consistently uses and maintains pipelines, CRM tools and quantitative feedback to effectively manage their business.
•  Ability to constructively and positively translate broader strategic priorities into daily tasks and tactics.
•  With guidance from the sales leadership team, able to deploy strong sales strategies, tactics and tools that effectively identify client/prospect priorities to achieve revenue goals.
•  Ability to travel periodically overnight (less than 25%).

Experience/Skills:

•  3 years or more direct sales experience in hospitality or multi-family required.  Preference will be given to those with experience selling commercial fitness equipment into these markets.
•  
Strong relationships with industry decision-makers and influencers required.
•  A customer-centric philosophy with a high degree of integrity and hunger to succeed.
•  Documented track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
•  Meticulous attention to detail, priority placed on ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
•  Strong written, verbal, communication and follow-up skills.
•  Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook and internal CRM.
•  Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university or 5-10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience to be considered.
