Inside Sales Representative

Brigadoon Fitness is always seeking motivated inside sales representatives and lead generators to promote and sell our lines of commercial fitness equipment to businesses throughout the country. 

This is a great opportunity for experienced phone sales representatives and lead generators to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company, which continues to out-perform, out-service, out-deliver and out-hustle the competition.

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representatives and Lead Generators are responsible for developing leads and driving revenue by introducing and selling our products to hotels, multi-family communities, student housing, junior/senior high schools, colleges and universities, corporate fitness centers and others. 

Responsibilities:

•  Develops sales opportunities and leads by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing sales information and preparing quotations. •  Proactively calls up to 50 existing and new customers daily to sell products and services •  Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax and email inquiries; verifying and entering information •  Captures and maintains customer information in CRM, including addresses, phone number and email information for future follow-up •  Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience/Skills:

•  Minimum 1-3 years or more of inside sales and/or customer service experience •  Comfortable making/taking calls in a call center environment. •  A customer-centric philosophy with a high degree of integrity and hunger to succeed. •  Meticulous attention to detail, priority placed on ensuring complete and accurate documentation. •  Strong written, verbal, communication and follow-up skills. •  Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook and internal CRM. •  Valid and current driver’s license with reliable personal transportation. •  High School diploma/GED or minimum Associate’s Degree in lieu of required experience.
